 The roommate request form will be sent out a couple of weeks before camp starts.   Once it is available, you can click on the button below to fill it out.  

 Free transportation is provided to and from Baltimore/Washington International Airport/Train Station at the following specified times.   Please be sure to fill out the online travel form to ensure we pick up your son.  The online travel form can be completed by clicking on the button below. 

NOTE: This is a curb side service only. Very young campers who are utilizing the “unaccompanied minor” service through their airline cannot use our free shuttle service.

NOTE: This service is not available for the Evening or Day Camps.    

 If your son needs special medical attention or needs medication during camp, click on the button below to complete the medical/ medication form.  NOTE: If you son has no medical or medication concerns, you do not need to fill out the medical form.  

 If you have a family member or friend you want to authorize to check your son in or out during camp, please fill out this form:  NOTE: This is only if your son is going to be checked in and out of our responsibility during camp.    

Campers registered in our Individual Overnight Lacrosse Camps receive a complete set of custom Navy equipment (Helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads and gloves).  Use this form to order your gear.  NOTE:  This is only for campers registered in the Individual Overnight Camps.  It is not possible for other campers to order this equipment.
