2020 Box Lacrosse league TEAM registration

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1) Each team is responsible for providing their own equipment and jersey.  The only exception is the goalie position,  We will provide goalie pads.  Goalies must provide their own helmet, neck protector, athletic supporter and stick.  

2) We are following USBOXLA rules 

3) All players on your team must fit within the age or grade limit of the division the team is registered in. 

4) All games are played in Halsey field house.  Participants without a military ID card (CAC) will need to park downtown and enter through the visitors gate (gate 1).  Halsey field house is attached to gate 1 so it is a very easy walk.    

Players must be Juniors- seniors in high school

Players must be freshman- sophomores

all players must be born on or after January 1, 2005

All players must be born on or after January 1, 2007
